they've been done with solidbodies--why not an archtop?

    Even Vox has done it...

Yes, but those all have built-in speakers, and they are not using the new Vox amp.
I am talking about putting the new Vox amp into a guitar and plugging that directly into a 4x12 cabinet and watching the other musicians and stage crew scratch their heads.
    Just because we can.
I bought a relic'd guitar because I liked the way it sounded. Then I refinished it because I didn't like the way it looked.

Funny thing is - the stuff we were saying in the GAS thread - half the time I thought we were in this thread.

So yeah, this little amp might be just what you need for church. You might even be able to use the speaker in one of those church amps you love so much. Hahaha

    Why not both?
And the one does have a Vox amp--just a different one.

Joyo has a line of 20W micro amps (not as small as the Vox though):

They even have Bluetooth for jamming along with your phone:

Blues, you might want to keep an eye out for this Joyo tube amp:

'B.B. King started here and was known as “The Beale Street Blues Boy”.
This is why we chose this Street as the name for our 12 Watt classic Blues Amp.'
