    Anybody collect miniatures?

Does anybody here collect miniatures? I've seen them occasionally on Ebay and felt tempted, but I know I don't need another guitar habit. I happened across a site tonight that sells them, and I was intrigued by the miniature cases.

    That's a great price for a case!
I bought a relic'd guitar because I liked the way it sounded. Then I refinished it because I didn't like the way it looked.

When I had my Ducati, I had an extensive collection of miniature Ducs and other European sportbikes.
I don't play guitar because I'm good at it, I play because it's fun!!

I have a Flying V lighter that looks like it might be part of that series.

Slightly off topic, but if you look at the picture of my lighters, off to the left you can see a pickguard project that I'm going to do whenever the weather's good enough to spray glue outside.

A couple of days ago, I found this picture posted in another forum.....

Strange how ideas seem to happen coincidentally........

Lots of simultaneous ideas. (Still pretty cool when it happens, though.)

I don't even know why we bother with patent laws.

But seriously - are you going to glue the paisley cover on your pickguard? Won't the layer wear off?

Why not just buy a paisley pickguard?

(These look really nice, by the way!)
