    Harmony pickups

Grandpa's old Harmony Stratotone, the pickups are weak. Ohms about 3.55. Wondering if anyone knows where I might find replacements if I can't do anything with the old ones?

Why don't you have Mike R. rewind them for you?

Yep that's a good idea. The I'd send them to him. The cost of Harmony pickup's has gotten crazy. Plus using the originals would be ideal.

Stick around. He will pop in here soon...
I bought a relic'd guitar because I liked the way it sounded. Then I refinished it because I didn't like the way it looked.

My neck pickup is putting out a lot of volume. Sounds great. The bridge pickup doesn't have any volume to speak of. And sounds very tinny. I think you all are right, it either needs rewound and remagnetized or replaced.
Mr. Keletcaster would you have an idea on how much I should pay for a replacement? Talking original not new.

If only one of them is off having someone who knows what they're doing work on it will help it match the other one...
ALthough depending on the mismatch--some players can make that work as well...

Trying to understand my guitars better, I know a lot of these old guitars had a hum, but I'm not sure why. Can this be fixed or would that alter an old one too much.
