    A brace of Veroboards

First, just like to say hello as this is my first post and also to try and get this section going I'm posting a couple of vero board designs.
The first is Craig Andertons Tube sound Fuzz (verified) and the secound is the Way Huge Red Llama (unverified). Hope someone finds them useful.

pretty cool stuff- how much do you think you could make your own distortion box, compared to buying one? How difficult are these to make?

I just built a Distortion+ for about 25 (40 bucks). The first build is the most complicated but after that they are pretty straight forward as much of the wiring is common to all (bypass switch, light etc.). Its all out there in cyberland. A lot of components are purchased in tens or more so pedals tend to get cheaper the more you do. Sourcing parts for older pedal designs can be difficult as parts may no longer be in production and consequently may be more expensive. Most parts are cheap. Here are a couple of sites for layouts.

I wonder if that's the same "Tube Sound Fuzz" I built from an Anderton circuit in the 70s?
