Hey, this could be a Keletcaster Custom Shop edition where the customer gets to select his finish to order, lol.

It's looking good, KC. I'm finding the squared Tele body hard to get used to after playing my Strat for years. (The 59 Esquire partscaster's been my other girlfriend since the cherryburst Strat's rebuild started) That rounded body you're doing looks like it would be really comfy.

I'm a few months away from any purchases, so don't tempt me!
I bought a relic'd guitar because I liked the way it sounded. Then I refinished it because I didn't like the way it looked.

Lol. You guys are a fun bunch. I worked on this with a torch then blended it out with 320 sandpaper. It's starting to get it's own personality.

You could almost get a jaguar pattern--so try that with a Fender or Squier Jaguar body!

Today I went at the neck with the torch & started dying both the body & neck. Here's a quick peek.

Looking good. That one torched spot on the face of the headstock almost looks like a Fender decal, lol. I'm surprised you can get heat close enough to do that without setting off the glues.
