The arrangement was suggested by the signal path - inputs on the right, outputs on the left. That board is also sized to fit into my hardware case for transport.

I did specifically set it up so the input, output, and power jacks were together in one corner (note the Radio Shack project junction box at upper right) to minimize cable clutter onstage and to keep everything contained.

Mine doesn't actually have a board under it yet (do floorboards count?) but it's a work in progress. I'm hoping to have a few more pedals, and a home for them all in the next month or so.

    From left to right:

Ibanez SC10 Super Stereo Chorus (warmest chorus I've ever heard)
DOD Grunge FX69 (the original butt/face version)
DOD Punkifier FX76 (basically a DOD 250 with a blended fuzz option)
Danelectro Cool Cat Distortion (MI Audio Crunch Box clone)
Danelectro Cool Cat Transparent Overdrive (Paul Cochrane "Timmy" clone)
    Cry Baby GCB-95

I will have to get a photo of my EFX rig. I just put it away. Basically, I'm running into a VOX845 wah, then a Boss CS-3 Comp, which goes into my PodXT Live. That runs into a Boss GE-7 EQ, which I run into a E-H 44 magnum. I power it up All up with a Visual spot 1and I have a Furman surge protector that it all gets plugged into. With the exception of the Pod, everything else is velcroed in a Road Runner All-In-One pedal board gig bag. I'll get some pics up in the next couple of days.
