    Music store theft in Nanaimo

Thieves have made off with some valuable guitars from a Nanaimo music store. Because of the special nature of some of the guitars, they'll be a tough sell in pawnshops and police are hoping we'll keep an eye open for them being offered to private buyers.

I've been seeing this talked about on TV news. Apparently one of the guitars stolen was the store owners favourite....a 1959 Les Paul Special. They also lost that 62 National, a vintage Airline, a 1918 Martin acoustic, and a few others. Truly sad......

Some nice guitars, but that is not the way to get them
If it's not yours, then hands off
    Hope they get them back

It would be stunning if they didn't have insurance

Holy crap! I know Richard well. I literally just a week ago had him bring me in an active electronic pickup set for a bass we have to do. I have seen that national guitar they took to. He's a really good guy. I hate thieves!

Thieves out for a quick buck.

Usually in the Philippines, Christmas time is the most dangerous time for us, a lot of thieves wanting to get and steal anything they can get their hands on. ANYTHING. I hate thieves
