    Nice ol' Lawsuit LP.

Today I put a set of tuners on this ol' Lawsuit. I have to say that this one live's up to the legend. I haven't been to big of fan of a lot of these but this one plays great and the stock pickup's really bring the goods. Totally surprised me. I'm thinking these might be super 60 pickup's in this one without the fancy cover. lf they aren't what ever they are is good. The bridge one is a tad thin but could be diled in with out to many adjustments. The neck pickup on the other hand is fantastic! Just enough fatness without getting muddy sounding. I'm hearing more of a P90 flavor cause it still has just enough treble bite. All in I spanked this thing for a couple hours and it held it's tune respectably. I enjoyed my quality time with it. Fixin' guitars is cool!

One of these days I have to try another LP. I had a lawsuit LP that I amsolutely hated. I'm sure there are some out there that I would like.

There's an abundance of lawsuit guitars here in Oz. That IF I ever gas for one, I wouldnt have a problem! But I'm more interested in the 335's than LP's

That's surprising- I would have thought they'd be pretty common

    Abundance

Although Lawsuit is an overused term for old Les Paul copies...
Depends who you ask whether a LP is a lawsuit or not--oftentimes it's the person selling the guitar who calls that to jack up the price.

Still if the guitar plays well and sounds good--cool--call it whatever you want if it's yours...
