    Depending on the model I guess--but I still think a reso would likely be louder--at least most of the time.

    As I said, that is probably true. Would be neat to do a head to head comparison. My Rainsong is the jumbo non-cutaway. It is a very large guitar

    I love 12 string guitars. I've played a few GC at different times. 2 that really stand out in my mind are both Takamini this is one of them. It has a number longer than Mt arm so I am not posting that. I think this one is actually a jumbo. Did not say that on the card that I could see, but it had that feel and shape. Sounds absolutely amazing. Made me want to cry right there because I couldn't take it home. I want this one more than any other guitar I've ever played.

    I love 12 strings & Takamine makes some good stuff.
    That does indeed look like a jumbo.

    My 12 string is a dreadnaught--and made by Simon & Patrick.
    I love playing it as well.
