    Stolen Framus six-string banjo

Not sure where to post a theft thread, but here it is,

Trooper’s Paul Gogo devastated by banjo theft
    Trooper

    Last seen in Nanaimo, BC.

He seems like a hell of a guy. I hope it comes back.

I bought a relic'd guitar because I liked the way it sounded. Then I refinished it because I didn't like the way it looked.

    Wonderful news!

Thanks for letting me know, Spell.

I wonder if someone's getting free guitar lessons...

I don't know all the details, but overheard this story on the news Saturday night while I was posting. The details were a little sketchy, but apparently it ended up in the hands of an older woman who returned it to Paul Gogo. Sounds like he's a pretty happy camper.

Actually, what I meant to say was this...
The reason I posted this heart-wrenching story about banjo theft is because one dark day, many years ago, a thief stole my 6-string banjo. It has never been returned to me, it's rightful owner.

    Did you get that, Bruce?

I would have if he told me that story 1st. Lol! I doubt that there is a group of thieves focusing on Framus 6 string banjos. I have a friend on another forum that has a few of them & informed me that they were scoffed upon by serious Banjo coinsures. They claimed they don't even burn well. Lol!

On second thought I don't think I'll burn her.
