You pull this off (and I am sure you will) and you could do some serious restoration work.

Probably help with feed back anyway. I got a lot done on the body as well. I had to think on how to glue the side where it didn't line up with the back very well. I awoke this morning with the simple fix of cutting some dowel stock to push from the corner. It worked perfectly. I will leave to cure till I arrive home from work tomorrow.
If you have a good pickup that will help a lot

Been working on the body for a couple days fixing all the separation's. There was a spot where there was a section punctured. Luckily the flap was still hanging. The body is becoming more rigid with every repair.

This is a fun thread to read back. If I have serious skills like that, I wouldve bought fixer upper guitars and save myself some money!

No kidding serious skills. Doing a restoration like this would run in the thousands of dollars

and turn myself into a business man!

But seriously, having this skill, Id put myself in a position where I'd run out of space for all the guitars Ill be bringing in for repair, but it all be worth it when I get it to playing condition.

Thanks guys. Your too kind. I'm just someone who wants to do this. If you did as bad as I do you would figure it out.

Yeah, but you have to really be patient to do this kind of work
