    Well that was the only way it would sound any good!
    Forget technique & all that--just put everything on 10 (At least until Nigel spoiled us with 11--and then it went right to infinity...)

    Brian too loud MacLeod of the Headpins & Chilliwack was & still is one of my favorite guitar players. I saw him playing with the Headpins when I was 17 and he was bent over on that Strat of his just wailing away with the hot lights on his back & steam was raising off him. He literally looked like a guitar god to me. I will never forget that. I was playing country with my dad at the time but the next day I went & bought a Boss overdrive pedal. Probably one of the most influential nights of my life. Sad he's gone now.

    He was probably under-rated in Chilliwack.
    & sad about his passing--even though that was many years ago.
