dB, when you say the band, are you talking about your big band, or bookings for your son and his band? I was astounded the other day when I googled Florian's name and got back 11 pages of results. He's doing great!

Kids doing well is a good thing in life.
I've been a pilgrim on this earth, since the day of my birth, I'm a long way from my home.

Yeah I mean Florian's band. He's picking up speed this year, we're now playing libraries in 3 states, retirement homes in 2 states and as it currently stands he's booked more than 90% of the gigs that he played all of last year. Sometimes we have 2 gigs in a day and it looks like on Memorial Day we might actually have 3 gigs in one day. Of course that is unusual. His band is headlining a music festival in July that could have 1000 people in the audience.

The biggest question now is how do we take this thing to the next level, getting more of these higher profile gigs. To go to the next level I would need some sort of outside representation- I can only do so much.

I'd love to be putting some more mileage on my renewed number one Strat, but I think I'm too sore to play, lol.

But, having a three day weekend's definitely one of the good things in life.
