    Old eBay issue

Last fall I ordered some herbal medication on eBay, paid by Paypal, and waited....and waited.....etc. After 45 days, I started a Paypal claim and got my money back without problems. I honestly have no memory of whether I eventually got it, but clearly remember being stuck with no meds for several weeks while I reordered from another supplier.

Anyway, a couple of days ago, I got an eBay message from the seller who let me down. He claims that he's just heard from the post office that the tracking shows the item delivered on Feb 2nd (over three months after I originally ordered it), and now over five months after the claimed delivery date, he's asking to be paid again.

I don't want to be dishonest with the guy, but I'm not entirely sure he's on the up and up, and I think it's ridiculous for him to be speaking up now about an item I ordered and originally paid for in October. Sure sick of the hassles dealing with eBay.

I can't imagine that this guy would contact you 9 months after the transaction. Frankly I'd be hard pressed not to ignore it.

My first thought was to ignore it--you paid it & got it refunded--end of story.
