Still a lot of photos left in my camera,

went to the beach a few weekends ago, pretty much a great day! sunny but chill wind.

And got my work station up and running. Nice used furniture finds around here.. premium wood goes for a lot more money, but I got this for a lot less, but still a lot for what Id like to pay for. Cheapest table I found so far. and Its perfect for me and my wife's industrial/minimalist style.

Oh come on--there are people who do Polar Bear dips in freezing lakes, rivers & oceans--apparently it is quite bracing--especially followed up by a sauna.

    So it was Australia Day

And they celebrated it with fireworks. It's actually kind of a controversial issue. Some people say it's "Invasion Day" or "Survival Day" due to the arrival of europeans on their land and the aborigines suffered.

but anyway, went to the hardware store to get something that's been highly recommended here in Australia for wood surfaces and conditioning wood.

I figured I need to condition my very dry rosewood neck, darken it and make it really nice feeling and smelling good.
