    It's good to have goals
I've been a pilgrim on this earth, since the day of my birth, I'm a long way from my home.

Back in early June, I crushed the middle finger of my left hand and blackened the nail. It's taken over half a year, but I finally cut the last of the blackened part off yesterday. As the damaged part got closer to that point when I could trim it off, it was cracking with any pressure and I (once) sickeningly bent it backward. Anyway, it's a relief to finally be back to normal. I seem to remember saying I thought it would be January before it healed, and I hit it pretty close, lol.

That is a good feeling when the last of a damaged nail can be cut off
